Include your phone model, Android version, AllShot version and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
A photo is optional. Share it only if you have permission from everyone shown and are comfortable sending it by email. AllShot does not send your photographs to us automatically.

How do I make the second photo line up?
Return the camera lens to its original physical spot, including height and distance. Use the reference and guide, hold steady, and keep the original group still. Matching rotation alone cannot correct a different viewpoint.
How do I stop the floating All Shot shortcut?
Choose End session from AllShot's notification, choose Close AllShot from its return screen, or remove AllShot from Recents. Opening the app starts a new session. Android may show its own camera, overlay or active-app indicators.
Can I use AllShot without the floating shortcut?
Yes. Choose the direct All Shot route when setup offers it. Floating access is optional; camera access is required for taking photographs.
Part of a person is missing. What can I do?
Use Refine to add a visible area or remove unwanted content. Inspect the preview at full detail. If capture position or subject visibility is wrong, retake the second photo. AllShot cannot recover a body part hidden in both shots.
How can I remove a draft or saved photo?
Start again clears the active local draft. App-private data can also be removed through Android's app-storage controls. Saved gallery photos are separate; delete them in your gallery. A gallery or cloud-backup provider may retain its own copies.
Where do I manage purchases or refunds?
Once AllShot is available through Google Play, purchase and refund requests are managed through Google Play and its applicable policies. No purchase is made on this website.
